• No Pressure Presentation

  I will never allow you to be “pressured” by the buyers agent. All offers will be faxed or delivered to my office and will be presented to you by phone and fax or e-mail with our recommendations, so you can make your decisions privately.

• Flexible Commission Schedule

  Many realtors have a very rigid commission schedule that is not in touch with todays fast paced market. The smart sellers program offers flexibility. The commission varies depending on when the house was sold, who sells the house and wether or not we are selling your next home.
